I connected the site to facebook and someone just said they couldn't join because it said they had to do so thru facebook.....is that right??

Liz, I just signed out and then went to the home page, clicked on Register, and went through all but the last steps to join, so I think it was going to let me do it right from this site. That is JMO, it worked for me without going through Facebook...

yes, I found out that the facebook is just an option and anyone wanting to register but don't have or want facebook can bypass that line.
