How to set-up buyer feedback

To leave feedback for a buyer first make sure there isn't already a topic opened for the buyer by entering their name in the search bar. If there isn't then put their name as the title...only their name and nothing else and then leave your feedback. Each time this buyer buys something then a seller can leave additional feedback under the buyers name. Once feedback is left it can't be deleted...I took that option away. If there is a disagreement or problem with a sale then comments can be added once the disagreement has been resolved/ended.
