I just wanted to share some tidbits...

Also for those who don't know, a new movement has begun in the dolly world. So many are so frustrated and unhappy with Ebay. With the recent changes they made as well as ever increasing fees and reduced traffic, Ebay is just not serving our needs and sales like it once did.

We know it has to be done in a transitional manner as we all rely on our sales. Many are posting sales on ebay and this new auction site:

I am writing up a help document on how to use the UHippo site and I am also putting together templates for the dolly world to use in their auctions on UHippo....free

I have also started the process of learning how to pour my own dolls into resin. Once I have worked out the details I will make up a tutorial for everyone to use should they ever decide to explore the resin for their own sculpts.

I have signed up on the doll-world news forum. I am hoping to see a lot more use this new forum for resources. Thanks Liz.

As for the new auction site.. I have used it, made 2 sales, gained a new customer and will be listing again there. The fees are NOTHING compared to ebay. A new place where all the doll artist can keep their hard earned money.
